Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: No, unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and being such personal use products we can't accept a return or exchange.
However, if you have received damaged products please contact me immediately and let me know and I will do whatever I can to make it right!

Q: I have entered the wrong address when I placed my order. Can you fix it?
A: If you catch the mistake immediately and contact me right after placing your order and before I ship I can alter the address. If I ship the product I can't change the shipping information because once it leaves my hands I have no control over the package. Make sure to double check ALL shipping information before confirming your order.

Q: Why do you post your soaps, but not release them until later?
A: Whenever making CP (Cold Process) or HP (Hot Process) soap you need to allow your soaps to cure to make sure you have a nice hard bar that is good quality. I cure all of my soaps for 6 weeks minimum. 

Q: Why does my product look slightly different than the photo?
A: Due to our products being completely handmade each product will vary from batch to batch, but the formula and recipes will always remain the same unless I state otherwise publicly.

Q: How long will it take for you to ship my order?
A: Processing time is 1-3 days. I will prepare, pack, and ship your products. Then you have your shipping time after that. 
Q: What is the shelf life or best if used by date of your bath products?
A: Our products have a shelf life of the ingredient with the shortest shelf life. For example that would be olive or coconut oil which is 24 months. While this is the shelf life of these ingredients this is NOT the suggested shelf life of our products. We suggest using our products within a year or even 6 months. The sooner the better to ensure the best possible quality. As time goes by the fragrance and colors will begin to fade and stabilizers used to keep fragrances containing vanillin will stop working and products can begin to discolor or brown. This is NOT mold or anything scary. This is simply the vanilla in the fragrance and just cosmetic. Bath bombs, bubble scoops, truffles, etc. can begin to feel soft and may lose fizzing/bubbling capabilities. Products should be used when purchased or shortly after.  
Q: Why is my final charge slightly different from the order total?
A: Shopify estimates sales tax to apply to the order total at checkout.  According to Shopify support, the payment processor will use the order total and estimated tax to secure funds from the customer's method of payment.  In the event that the final sales tax differs from the estimated sales tax, Shopify will adjust the tax amount.  This will result in a total that is slightly different than the estimated amount at checkout.  Please note that this should not differ greatly from the original amount.  Customers may see an initial charge, followed by a refund, followed by the final charge in some instances.  Please be aware that you are only being charged for the final amount with the accurate sales tax.  We apologize for any confusion or inconveniences that this automated feature may cause to our customers.
