Due to the nature of our products we trust that you understand that we do not offer refunds/exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product is already opened we can't accept the return even if it was the wrong item that was sent to you due to the nature of our products.
If you receive the wrong product DO NOT open it and contact us IMMEDIATELY.
